Founder & Engineer

Dominique
Randolph

Software engineer across mobile, backend and applied AI. Previously Google. Founder of GLPCare.

I build systems that have to hold up.

At Google, that meant test infrastructure for Meet on iOS, compliance tooling built against EU regulatory deadlines, and a failure-clustering platform adopted by six partner teams. At GLPCare, it means the entire product, from the wearable on your wrist to the AI assistant in the app, built and run by one engineer.

Experience

Mobile, backend, developer infrastructure and applied AI, from Google-scale systems to a company built from zero.

  1. 2026

    GLPCare

    Founder & Engineer

    glpcare.org

Founded and solely engineered a production health platform across iOS, Android, backend services, wearable integrations and applied AI, reaching the App Store in about a month. Built an AI assistant on the Claude API with custom tool calling and guardrails that block medical advice and dose-change recommendations, and led HIPAA-related technical setup.

  2. 2024–2026

    Google Meet

    Software Engineer, Kirkland

Designed a reusable end-to-end UI-testing layer on XCUITest for Meet on iOS, shipped six core framework changes, and led the move from legacy workflows to AI-assisted testing.

  3. 2022–2024

    Google Legal Removals

    Software Engineer, Austin

Designed core forms infrastructure in Kotlin and Dart, powering about 20 new EU Digital Services Act legal-removal workflows against fixed regulatory deadlines.

  4. 2018–2022

    Google Developer Infrastructure

    Software Engineer, Madison

Led a multi-tenant test-failure clustering platform from system design through rollout to six partner teams, cutting build-cop toil by about 30%. Earned Superb, Google’s highest performance rating.

  5. 2017–2018

    Extreme Engineering Solutions

    Business Application Developer, Madison

Built differential tooling for hardware Bills of Materials, plus API integrations and scheduled jobs that automated engineering workflows.

  6. 2017

    Lakeland University

    Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science

Why I built it

“So much of a GLP-1 journey happens where no one is watching—between appointments, between doses, between decisions.”

I spent my career solving hard problems at Google. I was also sitting for long hours, eating inconsistently, and slowly losing touch with my own health. The weight did not appear overnight. It happened gradually, the way life can change when your attention is everywhere except yourself.

GLP-1 treatment changed my life. It also showed me how little of the experience has any support around it. Dose timing, sleep, protein, energy and side effects all play out between appointments, with nothing connected.

So I did what engineers do. I started building the system I wished I had, during my own treatment, and it became GLPCare.
